Dr. Christian Hornung

Dr. Hornung earned his PhD in Chemical Engineering at the Cambridge University in 2008, where he worked in the groups of Prof. Malcolm R. Mackley & Prof. Steven V. Ley.  He has more than 15 years experience working in Flow Chemistry & reactor technology at the interface between chemistry & engineering.  Dr. Hornung is the Director of FloWorks, CSIRO's Centre for Industrial Flow Chemistry, providing access to CSIRO's cutting edge research for International & Australian chemical manufacturers.  His research interests include micro reactor engineering, additive manufacturing, organic synthesis, heterogeneous catalysis & polymer chemistry.
